| Common Use | DMPA ammonium dendrimers are monodisperse, multifunctional scaffolds with an exact number of amine surface groups. The amine functional dendrimers can be used for EDC/DCC coupling or coupling to NHS esters. The dendritic polymer is biodegradable and have low cytotoxicity, and can be used in theranostics, biosensors, optics, adhesives and coatings. It can be used to prepare antigens, antigen-coupled adjuvants, and promote antigen presentation. *DMPA=Dimethylolpropionic Acid or Bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic Acid |
