Common Use | DMPA carboxyl-hydroxyl dendrons are monodisperse, multifunctional scaffolds with 1 carboxylic acid focal point and an exact number of hydroxyl surface groups. The carboxyl focal point can be used for conjugation to amine containing materials via EDC/DCC or coupling to NHS-esters. The dendritic polymer is biodegradable and have low cytotoxicity, and can be used in theranostics, biosensors, optics, adhesives and coatings. *DMPA=Dimethylolpropionic Acid or Bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic Acid |
