Description | Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic growth factor encoded by the human IL7 gene. It plays a vital role in health maintenance and disease prevention, and congenital defects in IL-7 signaling lead to severe immune deficiency. IL-7, a molecule known for its growth-promoting effects on B-cell progenitors, remains one of the most widely studied cytokines. IL-7 stimulates the differentiation of pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells into lymphoid progenitors and the proliferation of all cells of the lymphoid lineage (B cells, T cells and NK cells). Clinical trials of recombinant IL-7 as an immunotherapeutic agent for various malignancies have demonstrated its safety and effective immune reconstitution. This product is designed as a tool for the delivery and expression of TF-tagged human IL-7 mRNA for research. The product leverages the lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology platform for simple and efficient delivery of hIL7-TF mRNA to a variety of mammalian cells in vitro and in vivo. The LNPs used are formulated with SM-102, DSPC, cholesterol and DMG-PEG2000 at an optimal molar concentration for a high rate of encapsulation and efficient mRNA delivery.
