Description It is a high purity engineered exosome pellet obtained from HEK293F cells of clear source, by serum-free culture to obtain the supernatant and then separated by Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) combined with Ultra Centrifugation (UC), which can be used for engineering modification, protein or nucleic acid analysis, and experimental control.Exosomes purity: ≥3E+11 Particles/mg
Technology Applications 1. Reference material for experimental procedures: Exosome histology experiments, such as protein profiling, RNA histology, metabolomics and other histological studies of reference products; exosome in vivo validation, such as WB, qPCR, ELISA and other studies of reference products.
2. Negative control for functional experiments: Negative reference control for engineered exosomes such as targeting and/or loading.
3. targeting modification: directly used for targeting peptide lipid-anchored linkage, used to obtain exosomes with targeting properties.
4. Load modification: directly used for load modification such as electroporation, used to obtain exosomes loaded with target molecules.

Technical Notes 1. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, due to the inherent properties of exosomes, the number of particles will decrease with the prolongation of the preservation time, so it is necessary to use as soon as possible.
2. Although exosome protection agent can improve the stability of exosome preservation, but will affect the protein concentration detection (BCA), it is recommended to use the factory protein concentration directly. If you need to re BCA quantification, you need to change the sample with phosphate buffer and other laboratory routine buffer, and then protein concentration measurement.
