Technical Notes1. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, due to the inherent properties of exosomes, the number of particles will decrease with the prolongation of the preservation time, so it is necessary to use as soon as possible. 2. Although exosome protection agent can improve the stability of exosome preservation, but will affect the protein concentration detection (BCA), it is recommended to use the factory protein concentration directly. If you need to re BCA quantification, you need to change the sample with phosphate buffer and other laboratory routine buffer, and then protein concentration measurement.
