Although exosome protection agent can improve the stability of exosome preservation, but will affect the protein concentration detection (BCA), it is recommended to use the factory protein concentration directly. If you need to re BCA quantification, you need to change the sample with phosphate buffer and other laboratory routine buffer, and then protein concentration measurement.
