DescriptionThe kit is designed to efficiently introduce small nucleic acids such as siRNAs, microRNAs and ASOs into exosomes through the customized development of an exclusive transit peptide ETP (Exosome-Transit Peptide) targeting exosomes, which can conveniently and rapidly realize the efficient loading of exosomal small nucleic acids, and is used for the functional study of small nucleic acid delivery as well as for drug therapeutic research.Two-step operation, the whole process of 3h, hands-on time of 15min, performance comparable to electroporation.

Technical Notes1. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Due to the inherent properties of peptides, the efficiency will decrease with the prolongation of storage time, please use it as soon as possible after dissolution. 2. If subsequent sterility is required, please operate in a sterile environment. The kit comes with non-sterile ultrafiltration tubes (no commercially available sterile ultrafiltration tubes). It is recommended to add antibiotics or further filtration to sterilize the ultrafiltration product for subsequent experiments, and the ultrafiltration tubes can be stored at room temperature. 3. If fluorescence quantification is used for quantification, please pay attention to avoiding light during loading, detection and storage.
