Description	This kit contains LTH-FITC target peptide molecules polymerized with PEG cholesterol. Cholesterol is an amphiphilic substance with both lipophilic and hydrophilic groups, but its lipophilicity is stronger than hydrophilicity, and it can be embedded between phospholipid molecules when interacting with phospholipids, connecting the target molecules to the exosome external surface and realizing the surface modification of the exosome.LTH (LTHVVWL) is a target peptide obtained by phage screening technology that can target kidney injury molecule-1 (Kim-1), and is commonly used in the acute and chronic diseases. Technical Notes	1. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
