Description	The Kit is a polymer of PEG cholesterol and fluorescent molecules. Cholesterol is amphiphilic, with both lipophilic and hydrophilic groups, but is more lipophilic than hydrophilic, and when interacting with phospholipids can be embedded between the phospholipid molecules, linking the target molecules to the external surface of the exosome, allowing for the modification of the surface of the exosome.The Control Lipid Anchor Kit is a PEG cholesterol molecule without a target peptide coupled to a FITC fluorescent moiety, and is suitable for use in control experiments of the Target Peptide Lipid Anchor series.
Technology Applications	Used in control group experiments to see if the targeting effect is attributable to the targeted peptide molecule.

Technical Notes	1. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Due to the inherent properties of the lipid-anchored targeting peptide, it will agglomerate with the prolongation of storage time, please use it as soon as possible after thawing. 2. The kit comes with non-sterile ultrafiltration tubes (there are no sterile ultrafiltration tubes in the market), it is recommended to add antibiotics or further filtration to remove bacteria when ultrafiltrating the product for subsequent experiments, and the ultrafiltration tubes can be stored at room temperature. 3. It is recommended to operate in the ultra-clean table to avoid the breeding of bacteria by opening the cap repeatedly.
