Common Use | PEI-g-PEG-biotin is a graft copolymer of branched PEI (bPEI), which is modified with multiple biotinylated PEGs of indicated MW. Copolymers of cationic poly(ethyleneimine) grafted with biotin-polyethylene glycol (PEG) (PEI-g-PEG-biotin) are extremely well-studied compounds that markedly improve the in vitro and in vivo delivery of oligonucleotides (AOs) to cells and tissues. PEI-g-PEG-Biotin can be used to prepare cationic-nanoparticles for targete gene/AOS delivery. |
