Common Use | PEI-g-PEG-N3 is a copolymer of branched poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI) grafted with azide-functionalized PEG for drug/gene delivery. Copolymers of cationic poly(ethyleneimine) and polyethylene glycol with (PEG) (PEI-PEG) are extremely well-studied compounds that markedly improve the in vitro and in vivo delivery of oligonucleotides (AOs) to cells and tissues. Azide group can be used for conjugation alkyne moieties by click chemistry. |
