Common Use | Azide-PEG-Biotin (N3-PEG-BIO) is a linear heterobifunctional PEG reagent with an azide and a biotin group on the PEG ends. It is a useful crosslinking reagent with a PEG spacer. Azide can be used for molecule conjugation by click chemistry, and biotin can bind to streptavidin. Azide-PEG-biotin may be used to for bioconjugation, drug delivery, PEG hydrogel, crosslinker, and surface functionalization. |
