Common Use | N-(Aminooxy-PEG3)-N-Bis(PEG4-t-butyl ester) is a branched PEG derivative with a terminal aminooxy group and two t-butyl ester. The aminooxy group can be used in bioconjugation. It reacts with an aldehyde to form an oxime bond. If a reductant is used, it will form a hydroxylamine linkage. The t-butyl protected carboxyl groups can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions. |
