Common Use | N-(acid-PEG3)-N-Bis(PEG3-Azide) is a branched PEG derivative with two terminal azide groups and a terminal carbozylic acid. The azide groups enables PEGylation via Click Chemistry. The terminal carboxylic acid can be reacted with primary amino groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC) to form a stable amide bond. |
