DescriptionType I bovine atelocollagen solution is for 2D and 3D cell culture. Due to having a high concentration, hydrogels will be firmer than other lower concentration collagen products. The collagen is approximately 97% Type I collagen with the remainder being comprised of Type III collagen. It is soluble atelocollagen in 0.01 N HCI, therefore, the pH is 2. The collagen is ideal for applications where high concentrations of collagen are needed. It is sterile filtered and is supplied as a ready to use solution. This product is for R&D use only and is not intended for human or other uses.
