I don't have an account; can I still place an order online?

Yes. To facilitate customers to place orders quickly, if you feel that registration is cumbersome, you can place orders directly through our guest system without registering.

If you need to place orders for a long time, a registered account will be more convenient for you.

Go to the "Login/Register" tab on the far right of the top navigation bar of the website to create your personal account.

After completing this step, you can submit your order request.

How do I register on CD Bioparticle.net?

The registration process is quick and easy, and will greatly simplify your online experience. Simply click on "Login/Register" on the far right of the top navigation bar and select " Register Now".

I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you click on the "Login/Register" tab at the top of the page, you will be taken to the login page. Below the password field there is a "Forgot your password?" link that will take you to the "Request a password reset" page. Enter your email address

and click "Send Email". You will then receive a password recovery email. If this does not work, please contact us.

How to modify the address?

You can modify and save the address during the ordering process so that you can find it in the Address Book under your account. And use it directly for future purchases. In addition, you can also add new delivery addresses and delete saved addresses in the Address Book after logging in.

How do I add products to my shopping cart?

Once you have found the product you want, check the "Price" details associated with the product. Click the Add to Cart button. The "Add to Cart" button is usually located to the right of the "Price" of most products. To check if the product has been added to your cart, go to the "Cart" icon in the upper right corner of the navigation bar at the top of the website. After clicking to open the shopping cart, you can select the button in the lower right corner to enter the checkout page to place an order.

Are there other ways to place orders online?

Yes, if you want to buy a single product, you can directly select the "Buy" button on the product page to enter the purchase form. If you need to buy multiple products, you can add them all to the shopping cart and check out together.

How is shipping charged?

After you use the guest system or log in to your account, select the payment button on the checkout page. The system will identify your delivery address and provide the specific shipping fee.

How can I check my order status online?

1. You can view your orders by logging in to the website with your registered account. Go to the "My Account" tab in the top navigation bar of the website, select "Orders" from the drop-down menu, and you will see your orders.

2. If you ordered as a guest, you cannot directly view the order status. If you have urgent questions, you can communicate with us directly.

Are there any products that cannot be ordered online?

If you find such a product, please contact us directly.

What are the payment methods?

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

What is your company's clear return policy?

If there is a problem with your order, please inspect the product immediately upon receipt and notify us immediately if there is any damage or discrepancy. If the product is shipped to the wrong address due to our error, we will promptly take appropriate measures to correct the problem.

Before returning the product, please contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. The Return Material Authorization will ensure the safe and proper handling of the product and expedite the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns should be shipped within 10 days of the RMA being issued. We will make every effort to satisfy return requests. However, in order to maintain the quality of our products and continue to offer competitive prices, some products may not be supported. These products include reagents with activity requirements, refrigerated or frozen products; reagents and standards that have exceeded their shelf life, custom products or special offers, products with missing labels, parts or instructions, etc.
