Anti-GP120 Aptamer Synthesis and Modification Service

Anti-GP120 Aptamer Synthesis and Modification Service

Until now, many aptamers have been screened and have shown great potential in a wide range of applications, including diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic tools for the treatment of human diseases such as cancer and viruses. In addition, the possibility of in vitro synthesis offers great flexibility in the design and modification of nucleic acid aptamers.

CD Bioparticles offers anti-gp120 aptamer synthesis and modification services. Our many years of experience in custom aptamer design and modification will ensure that you obtain aptamers with a high affinity for your target protein. The synthesis and modification of aptamers will provide a reference for the study of the role of aptamers in cancer drug delivery.

Introduction to Anti-GP-120 Aptamers

HIV-1 (human immunodeficiency virus) is the pathogen of AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) and aptamers targeting HIV-1 reverse transcriptase, RNaseH, Tat, Gag, integrase, nucleocapsid, and gp120 are some of the most studied examples.

The HIV-1 surface glycoprotein gp120 interacts with the human surface receptor CD4 and induces a conformational change in the receptor, leading to HIV-1 entry into the host cell. Due to its importance during viral infection, several gp120 RNA aptamers have been selected to block gp120 and CD4 interactions.

Because of its critical role in the initial stages of HIV infection, Gp120 has been used as a target for various RNA aptamers to block its activity.

Our Anti-GP120 Aptamer Services

CD Bioparticles specializes in anti-gp120 aptamer synthesis and modification development services. The HIV-1 surface glycoprotein gp120, which is involved in the early stages of HIV-1 infection, is an attractive target for RNA and DNA aptamer selection and our experienced scientists synthesize aptamers and modify aptamers for you. With our high-quality service, you can greatly improve the progress of your experimental research.

Our team offers services from the construction of aptamers to the modification of aptamers for targeted drug delivery system studies. We can also customize our services to meet your needs for other types of aptamers. Our service process focuses on but is not limited to, the following:

  • Screening for aptamers that can target the gp120 protein
  • Synthesis and purification of anti-gp120 aptamers
  • Specificity and affinity analysis

CD Bioparticles offers services for the synthesis and modification of anti-gp120 aptamers. The generation of aptamers that bind to protein receptors targeting the surface of tumor cells is an area of increasing interest in current oncology therapies. Our team has developed a variety of aptamers that bind to cell surface receptors, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested in our services.
