DescriptionExosomes are membrane-derived particles surrounded by a phospholipid bilayer that are released by cells. We use DiR to efficiently label exosomes membranes. Then the excess unbound dyes are fast removed through our excellent Spin Columns, which separate molecules on the basis of the differences in size. Contaminant removal is easier and faster than traditional clean-up methods such as ultracentrifugation, spin filters. With the better tissue permeability and low spontaneous fluorescence of cells and tissues in the near infrared region, the kit shows higher specificity and sensitivity than tranditional visible dyes. It can be used to track the migration and distribution of labeled exosomes in vivo in real time.
