The preparation of immunoliposomes based on the nucleophilic reactivity of free amine groups of proteins or peptides is currently a commonly used method. One of the most popular and commonly used methods is to activate free carboxyl groups on antibodies, peptides or proteins with EDC and sulfo-NHS, and then covalently bind the protein to the amine groups of liposomes through displacement of the sulfo-NHS group. To this end, CD Bioparticles developed Amine-Liposome for binding to peptides, antibodies and other NHS-containing biomolecules.
CD Bioparticles manufactures and supplies amine liposomes for the research of drug delivery. Contact us to find out how the amine liposomes can help your work.
