DBCO Liposomes refer to liposomes containing dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) moieties. Due to the reaction of the DBCO reagent with the azide linker, a stable triazole is formed. Therefore, the azide on the antibody, peptide or protein containing the azide linker can form a stable complex with DBCO Liposomes through click chemistry. This facilitates the conjugation of antibodies, peptides or proteins to liposomes.
CD Bioparticles manufactures and supplies DBCO liposomes for the research of drug delivery. Contact us to find out how the DBCO liposomes can help your work.
