Description	Studies have shown that genomic DNA and mitochondrial DNA have been detected in exosomes and other extracellular vesicles, in addition to containing different RNAs of parent cell origin (Thakur BK et al. 2014; Akiko Takahashi, et al. 2017; Kalhert et al. 2014), which can be used as disease (e.g., tumor) diagnostic markers and guidance and evaluation of clinical medication, etc. To assist researchers in the study and application of exosomal DNA, we developed a cell culture supernatant or urine exosome extraction and DNA isolation kit. Cell culture supernatant or urine exosome extraction and DNA isolation kit is including exosome extraction and subsequent DNA isolation and purification. Firstly, optimized exosome extraction reagents are applied to enrich exosomes in serum or plasma, and then DNA in exosomes is extracted by using optimized lysate, and exosomal DNA can be purified and eluted conveniently and quickly by Spin Columns, which can be directly used in downstream applications, such as realtime PCR, NGS sequencing, and microarray. In addition, the purified DNA is from exosomal DNA and does not contain protein-bound circulating DNA from cell culture supernatants or urine.
