DescriptionExosomes and other extracellular vesicles contain different microRNAs of matricellular origin, and their RNAs are expressed differently in physiological and pathological states, and thus can be used as diagnostic markers for diseases (e.g., tumors) as well as for the guidance and evaluation of clinical medications. The Cell Culture Supernatant or Urine Exosome Extraction and RNA Isolation Kit is a kit that includes exosome extraction and subsequent RNA isolation and purification. The purified RNAs are total RNAs from exosomes and do not contain protein-bound RNA (protein-bound circulating RNA) from cell culture supernatants or urine.
