Stearic acid-PEG-FITC
Catalog:CDN2163
Common Use | Stearic acid-PEG-Fluorescein (Stearic acid-PEG-FITC) is an amphiphilic surfactant with terminated fluorescent FITC.Stearic acid is an 18 carbon saturated fatty acid lipid with excellent hydrophobicity. PEG modified stearic acid is an excellent amphilphilic polymer with both hydrophilicity and hydrophobility. PEGylated stearyl is an amphiphilic, PEG surfactant and can be used to form micelles, drug delivery systems to enhance drug solubility and improve drug formulation and bioavailability. Pegylated lipids are also excellent liposome formation materials that can be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery as well. These materials can also be used for targeted drug delivery by modifying their surfaces with targeting ligands such as antibodies, peptides. |
